What is Click (or Call) & Collect?

We offer a ‘click (or call) & collect’ option when placing your order which allows you to save on delivery charges and not have to wait on the delivery guy (friendly and all as he might be!) by selecting and prepaying for your gorgeous goodies online or over the phone and simply collecting them the next day instore at Nook and Cranny, 44 Main Street, Portlaoise R32 D425 (or delivered to you at the car park nearby) 

How to I do this?

Please select the ‘COLLECT FROM STORE’ option at checkout when you're ordering online and leave us a note to let us know when you would like to pick up your order. Or have a browse online and if you prefer to call us with your cc details, that's fine too (057 868 2871). 

How soon will my order be ready to collect?

We will have all orders ready for collection by 2pm the next working day. But, if you wish to pick up the item/s earlier, just get in touch using the contact details below and we will do our best to have your items ready for you to collect sooner.

What do I need to bring when picking up my order?

When you are collecting your order please bring along your order confirmation email (on paper or on your Smartphone) and a formal form of ID so we know that we know an impostor isn't trying to claim your lovely stash.

How long will you hold my order for?

We will hold all prepaid items in store for 7 days after your original intended pick-up date. After this time, your order will raffled off to the highest bidder...kidding! But, if you do need your order to be held longer than 7 days please let us know.

Can I ask someone else to pick up my order?

Sure! Simply tell us in the notes at checkout who you would to pick-up your order or contact us afterwards by phone on 087-649-2946 to let us know. Please make sure the person collecting your order has a copy of the order confirmation email and a formal form of ID.
