The chirping is activated by a motion detector in the front. If you pass by the box or activate the sound with your hand, you will hear birdsong for 2 minutes, which then fades away slowly. The Zwitscherbox can be set up or hung on the wall with the help of the rear recess. With the small wheel on the side of the box, the volume can be adjusted and turn the Zwitscherbox on and off.
